A yellowed parchment leaf with a musical composition. The left side features an illuminated letter "D" in red, blue, gold, and white, surrounded by intricate gold filigree within a blue border. A long blue and gold decorative element runs vertically along the left side. Black musical notation and text in Latin are present throughout. Red accents are used for some letters and musical notes. The parchment shows signs of aging with darker spots and stains. The top and bottom have rough, uneven edges.
