One man and two women are standing on the left, while the other man and woman are seated on the right. The standing man has a beard and wears a head covering; the seated man also has a beard and long hair. The standing women wear long dresses, while the seated woman wears a head covering and a long dress. The background includes a cloudy sky, a tree, and a house. The outer frame features various illustrations and text. At the top, two curved lines of text read "The Lord maketh Poor & maketh Rich. He bringeth Low & Lifth Up." Below this are two lines of text: "who provideith for the Raven his Food When his young ones cry unto God." The bottom of the frame features two reclining figures and text that reads "Every one also gave him a piece of Money." Additional text at the bottom includes "Who remembered us in our low estate For his Mercy endures for ever" and credits the artist with "W. Blake inv. & sc." The page number "19" is visible in the top-right corner.
