A city skyline is visible in the background under a starry night sky. The illustration is surrounded by a decorative border with text. The text at the top of the image reads, "For his eyes are upon the ways of Man & he observeth all his goings". Text along the top border includes, "God speaketh once, yea twice". Along the right border, the text includes, "that he may withdraw Man from his purpose & hide him". The bottom border contains the text, "I am Young & ye are very Old wherefore I was afraid". The bottom of the image includes a poem. The entire image has a beige background.
