The image shows a Band with Tassels by an unknown artist. The band is made of a long, off-white fabric strip that is folded over on itself and lies across the top of the image at a diagonal angle. Underneath the folded fabric are four long, thin strips of fabric, also off-white in color. Each of the four strips has a wrapped section at the bottom, resembling tassels. The background of the image is a solid olive green color. The four strips hang down from the folded fabric at the top, with their wrapped ends pointing towards the bottom of the image. The fabric appears to be a smooth, possibly satin-like material.
