Open book with yellowed pages. The left page has a red and blue decorative line of script at the top. The right page has a blue and gold number 10 in the top right corner. The left page and top of the right page have black and red text written in a language that appears to be Latin. The right page has a large, gold and blue historiated initial "I" with a depiction of a man sitting at a desk writing. The man is wearing a white robe and a halo. The desk has a green surface and there is an inkwell and a quill on the desk. The historiated initial extends from the top to the bottom of the page. The pages have a worn, aged appearance with darker spots and lines. The book is open to reveal two pages.
