Sheet of Studies by Paul Cezanne: A sketch on off-white paper with rough edges and scattered stains. The sketch features four figures in various stages of completion. The standing figure, drawn with bold lines, has long hair and is posed with arms and legs extended. A partially drawn figure to the left has one arm raised and appears dynamic. A fully dressed figure in the foreground stands with their back to the viewer, wearing a hat and holding an object. A fourth figure, only the upper body drawn, sits on the right. The dominant sketching medium appears to be pencil or charcoal with some areas darker than others. The background has scattered marks and stains.
