Recto side: Three female saints stand in an arched frame against a blue sky with a white bird flying overhead, wearing gold halos; saint on the left wears a blue dress and brown cloak and holds a staff; saint in center wears a red cloak over a blue dress; and saint on the right wears a blue cloak over a red dress and holds a book. Border around the frame is filigree with red, blue, and gold flowers, leaves, and tendrils. Verso side: Black calligraphy on off-white parchment; red calligraphy on verso toward bottom; border on right of filigree with leaves and flowers.
