White porcelain sugar bowl with gold and blue decoration. The bowl has a rounded body with a flat base and a short handle on one side. The lid is domed with a small loop handle on top. Gold lines form a grid pattern on the body and lid. Blue and gold floral motifs are on the lid and body. The floral motifs are surrounded by gold borders. Small blue and gold hanging leaf designs are on the front of the bowl. The background of the image is gray.
