Silver sugar bowl with two handles, one on each side. The bowl is low and wide. The lid is domed with a small white finial on top. The exterior of the bowl and lid have a repeating pattern of four panels. The panels are filled with colorful etchings, including yellow, orange, red, green and blue. The panels are rectangular with rounded corners and separated by silver molding. The background is gray.
