The Sugar Bowl by William Forbes features a silver serving dish with a lid. The dish has a hexagonal shape with a flat base and slightly curved sides. The body of the bowl has an engraved design and the letters "E.M.C." There are two loop handles on either side and a small finial on top of the lid. The lid is also hexagonal with a slightly curved top. The bowl and lid have a reflective surface with visible light reflections.
