White marble sculpture of two men. The man on the left has a queue and wears 18th-century men's fashion, including a waistcoat, breeches and a long cape. The man on the right also has 18th-century men's fashion. He wears a long coat, waistcoat, breeches and shoes with buckles. The man on the right has long hair and extends the right arm across a table towards the other man. The table has a fringed cloth and an object on it reading "Declaration Des Droits De L'Homme Et Du Citoyen". Another object on the table reads "Liberte Egalite Fraternite". The sculpture's base is rectangular and also draped with a fringed cloth. The background is dark.
