Metal buckle with two identical parts stacked vertically. The buckle parts have a wavy top edge with small round rivets at each end. The top part shows an engraving but text is illegible. Each part has a horizontal bar across the middle with four small rectangular cutouts below. The buckle parts are made of silver-colored metal. The background is white with a gray shadow behind the buckle parts.
