The sugar bowl is made of silver and features a wide, round base that tapers inward to form the body, which then curves outward and upward to form a wide, rounded shoulder. The body is adorned with engraved floral patterns and foliage. A decorative band encircles the top of the body, below the shoulder. The lid is domed and also features engraved floral patterns and foliage, topped with a small, decorative finial resembling a pinecone. The sugar bowl is by Myer Myers.
