Tan embroidered sampler with brown, yellow, and purple thread. The sampler is rectangular with a frayed edge. The top features a bird on a branch with flowers. Below the bird, the alphabet is stitched in three rows. A man and woman are on either side of a house with a tree and bird on the right. The bottom section contains two girls, a dog, a tree, and an inscription. The inscription reads: "When you are Remember'd in my And I am gone You When I think of you I'm at play Think of me as you find." The border has a floral pattern with leaves and stems. The bottom center reads "Elizabeth Easton Aged 9." The sampler is framed in a thin dark wood frame with a white background.
