The house has a tree to the left and a tree and several birds to the right. There is a row of trees at the bottom. The house and trees are stitched in shades of brown with white details. The text at the top center reads: Methodist Blue Church St. Louis Worked at St. School St. Louis Charter County of Missouri by Susan Bushey February 19th 1838 The name "Susan Bushey" is also stitched at the bottom right.
