Geographical and Geological Notes on Skagit County, Washington (from Sketchbook)

Albert Bierstadt

The Metropolitan Museum of Art

Rectangle image with rounded corners. Mostly white background with black writing and a simple line-drawn grid on left side. The grid consists of one large rectangle divided into six smaller rectangles by two horizontal and two vertical lines. Some of the rectangles are labeled with letters. The image contains numerous handwritten notes throughout. The handwriting varies in legibility and orientation on the page. The image is mostly black and white, with some smudges or marks on the surface. The right edge of the image appears to have evenly spaced holes and the left edge appears to have a shadow. The bottom edge appears slightly curved.
