Tumbler

Bakewell, Page & Bakewell

The Metropolitan Museum of Art

Clear glass tumbler with a wide mouth and a flat top. The glass has a cylindrical shape. The body of the glass features an etched design consisting of a large monogram surrounded by floral patterns. Below the etched design, there is a section of vertical, faceted lines encircling the glass. The background of the image transitions from dark gray at the top to light gray at the bottom, with the glass casting a shadow on the surface below it.
