Pair of rowel spurs by artist unknown. Two silver spurs with a rowel, which is a wheel with radiating points, at the end of a curved neck. The curved portion of the spur has a textured design. The neck is attached to a U-shaped band with a small buckle. The rowel is attached to the spur by a short chain. The spurs are lying on a gray surface, one above the other.
