Halberd

The Metropolitan Museum of Art

The halberd by unknown artist shows a metal weapon with a long, pointed tip at the top, with a long and thin shape. A wide, flat, axe-like structure with two curved edges extends to either side lower down. A twisted metal design is visible on the shaft below. The entire weapon has a worn, weathered appearance with darker spots and patches. The background is a plain light gray color.
