Kris

The Metropolitan Museum of Art

The Kris sword has a silver-colored blade with a pointed tip and a long, thin shape. The blade shows signs of wear and tear, with visible rust and discoloration. A black handle with a silver band at the top is wrapped in black material, possibly leather or fabric. The handle is attached to the blade via a metal guard with decorative elements on either side. The guard features a curved shape with a small protrusion on the left side and an ornate metal piece on the right side. The background of the image is a plain gray color.
