The background of the tsuba is covered in a pattern of interlocking green circles with purple and pink accents. Three circular inlays are positioned at the top, bottom left, and bottom right. Each inlay has a brown background with a light blue border and depicts a pink stem with three green leaves. The edge of the tsuba has a thin gold border.
