The Meiping vase, by artist unknown, is a dark red ceramic vase. The vase has a narrow opening at the top and is shaped like a truncated cone with a smaller inverted truncated cone attached to the bottom. The base of the vase is circular and flat. The rim of the vase's opening and the base are outlined with a thin gold-colored line. The vase is glossy and reflects light. The background is white with the vase's shadow directly below it.
