The Jar by artist Li Youfen, depicts a large dark-colored ceramic vessel. The jar has two small handles on either side near the top. The body of the jar is bulbous, curving outward before tapering down to a narrower base. A small lip is around the top rim. The entire jar is a dark monochromatic color with a glossy finish. The surface shows a network of fine cracks. A small sticker and some numbers are on the bottom. The background is light gray with a shadow cast by the jar.
