Two puppies in front are sitting, one on top of the other, with their heads visible. The puppy on top has a short snout and small black eyes. The puppy underneath has a slightly longer snout and small black eyes. The third puppy is behind and to the right, lying down with its head down and tail curled. The background is a plain gray color. The title of the sculpture is "Netsuke of Three Puppies".
