Bowl by Bernard Leach. A ceramic bowl with a wide mouth and a short foot. The bowl is mostly white with black glaze covering the lower third of the exterior. The black glaze does not cover the entire lower third but rather has several large splotches with areas of white showing through. The inside of the bowl is white with small dark spots. The base of the bowl is circular and flat. The background is light gray with a shadow cast by the bowl.
