Teabowl by Bernard Leach. A ceramic bowl with a wide mouth and slightly tapering sides. The bowl has a light-colored glaze with numerous dark spots and splotches. The base of the bowl is dark-colored. The surface of the bowl has a rough texture with many small bumps and imperfections. The interior of the bowl has a lighter color with fewer dark spots. The bowl appears to be sitting on a flat surface, with a plain white background.
