Trousers

The Metropolitan Museum of Art

Tan-colored trousers with a straight leg and a flat front. The trousers have a waistband with five small metal buttons on the front and a small label at the back center. There are two side pockets, one on each side, and a small slit at the bottom of the fly. The trousers are made of a smooth fabric, possibly cotton or linen, and have a slight sheen to them. The background is a solid gray color. The artist of this piece is Giorgio Morandi, and the title is "Trousers".
