The top half of the medallion around the image has the words "SOUS-LE-MEME-DRAPEA" and "E-ME". The right side shows a shield with an image like the Eiffel Tower; the top of the medallion around the image says "LIBERTE JUSTICE"; the bottom has curvy designs; a crest is on top of the shield; the background around the shield and crest is textured. The medallion is bronze-colored. The background fades from dark gray at the top to light gray on the bottom.
