Rectangular, aged, brown-colored manuscript page with darker edges. Four rounded square images are on the page; they are bordered in teal on the left and right images, and in red for the central two images. Each rounded square image contains a figure sitting in a lotus position; the figure wears a crown of red flowers on their head and has a yellow body. The figure on the left is surrounded by a yellow halo; red and blue shapes are around the other three figures. The central figure's halo is white with blue and red. Behind each figure is a colored background; a green square behind the left and right figures, and a red square behind the central two. Black text in rows is on either side of each image. Two holes are centered on the manuscript; one to the left of center, one to the right. The surface of the manuscript is worn on the right edge.
