The Blood Reliquary, a cup by artist René Lalique, features a large gold chalice adorned with clear crystal underneath. A stem with a wide base and a narrow top supports the chalice. The stem is decorated with vines. The base features a flat circle. The entire piece showcases various colorful gemstones embedded throughout. A cross-like structure encircles the middle section of the chalice. Pearls are attached to the cross-like structure. Two green, two red and one blue gemstone are visible on the base.
