The people are touching or holding the cross. Above them, two old men in white and yellow are in a bubble-like structure holding a candlestick. The drawing is a sketch with minimal coloring in shades of green, blue and yellow on aged paper. The bottom of the image has some writing. The scene depicts Christ carrying the cross.
