Guillaume Le Rouge

Cleveland Museum of Art

An illustration of a biblical scene showing Jesus Christ being betrayed by Judas. Christ wears a gray robe and holds an orange cup. Judas wears a yellow robe and kisses Christ on the cheek. Christ kneels on the ground to the left. A group of men in variously colored robes and helmets surrounds them. The illustration is framed by an ornate gold border. The frame has two columns on either side. The background of the illustration is blue at the top. The bottom of the illustration contains a decorative initial and black text. The image appears to be a medieval manuscript page.
