Silver tea cup holder with a two-tiered design. The holder has a curved handle on one side and ornate scrollwork throughout. The base is circular and flat. The holder has two levels; each level has a circular indentation to hold a teacup. The top and bottom levels are connected by four curved supports with decorative elements. The background of the image is a gradient of gray, with the object casting a shadow on the surface below.
