The chair has a rectangular seat with rounded corners. The seat appears to be flat and horizontal. There are four tapered legs, two in front and two in back, with stretchers between the front and back legs on both sides. The backrest is slightly curved and consists of a horizontal top rail with seven vertical slats. The chair appears to be made of wood and has a dark finish. It is angled slightly to the right. The background is light gray.
