Black wooden chair with a curved backrest. The backrest is narrow and tall. A decorative carving on the backrest top. A horizontal slat across the backrest middle with etched decorations. The seat is woven cane. Four tapered legs; two in front and two in back; with decorative turnings. Two stretchers; one along the front and one along the back; each with a center spindle. The chair appears to be ebonized. Side view showing chair at slight angle.
