White porcelain dish with irregular rounded rectangular shape and scalloped top. Gold-colored filigree design on top center. The edge of dish has gold outline. The body of dish features a pattern resembling a mosaic or brick wall in gold on white background. The corners of the dish have blue and gold floral designs; one design centered on bottom edge between two 'bricks'. The background of image is dark gray, transitioning to light grey at bottom.
