White porcelain dish with a gold and blue design. The dish has a wavy edge and a flat bottom. It is predominantly white with a gold border around the edge. The border is decorated with a mosaic pattern made up of small gold squares. There are four sections of the mosaic pattern, one on each side of the dish. In between each section of mosaic pattern is a blue and gold floral design. At the top of the dish is a gold design that resembles a fleur-de-lis. At the bottom of the dish, there is a blue and gold shell-like design. The background of the image is gray.
