The Covered Sugar Bowl by Henry Will is a dark metal container. The bowl has a wide circular body with a short pedestal base. A decorative line encircles the center of the bowl. The lid is domed with a small finial on top and has a slight lip around the edge. The entire piece appears to be made of a dark, possibly silver or pewter, metal with visible signs of wear and aging. The background is plain and light colored.
