The Sugar Bowl by George Richardson is a silver-colored metal bowl with a pedestal base. The bowl has two handles, one on each side, which are oval-shaped and positioned near the top. The piece shows signs of wear and tarnish, with darker spots and discoloration visible on the surface. The background is a plain gray color.
