Round plate with flat rim. Rim has pink and blue bands outlined in gold next to the edge. Inner rim white. Top of rim has shield with black birds and red flowers on white background. Gold scrollwork on either side of shield. Gold lines around edges of bands and around outside edge of plate. Background gray.
