Brigandine Backplate

Dark gray metal piece with a distinctive shape, wider at the top and bottom, narrower in the middle. Top portion features a piece of burlap or similar fabric, partially torn and frayed. Numerous small, flower-shaped metal rivets or decorations are visible on the surface, arranged in three vertical lines. The piece appears to be a brigandine backplate by an unknown artist. Gray background.
