Halberd

The Metropolitan Museum of Art

The "Halberd" by an unknown artist is a close-up image of a weapon with a long, pointed top, resembling a spearhead. The metal is silver-colored with visible signs of aging and wear, appearing dirty and weathered with darker spots. The weapon has a wide, flat section at the bottom with a protrusion on the right side. A long groove runs down the center of the flat section. The bottom of the weapon is not visible, with only a small portion of a dark-colored handle or shaft visible. The background of the image is a plain gray color.
