The object is a rounded rectangle with curved sides. The object is silver with darker patches. Two small birds are attached to the top, one on the left in silver and the other on the right in gold. The bird on the left faces right with wings spread and tail pointing down. The bird on the right faces left with wings spread and tail pointing down. Two oval cutouts are on either side of a long thin triangular cutout. A wave design is etched along the bottom.
