Cylindrical case with two parts, dark brown color. Large fish with scales and fins on left side, surrounded by seaweed-like plants. The right side has similar seaweed-like plants but no fish. Both parts have black and white cords at the top. The case appears to be made of wood or lacquer. The fish on the left has a large eye, and its body faces left. The seaweed-like plants are depicted in light brown color. The background of the image is neutral, and there are no other objects present. A white border surrounds the image on the right side. The cylindrical case appears to be a traditional Japanese inrō.
