Blue dress with long train on mannequin. The dress consists of a bodice with long sleeves and a skirt. The bodice is dark blue with a high collar and gold-fringed edges around the neckline and cuffs. A red and blue patterned piece of fabric visible at the front of the dress near the neck. The skirt has a blue and white patterned section on the bottom half and a red and blue striped section on the left. A train extends from the back of the skirt. The mannequin is white and headless.
