Earrings

The Metropolitan Museum of Art

Dark bronze or brass earrings, titled "Earrings" by the artist, featuring multiple chains and charms. Two main oval-shaped pieces are connected by a thin black cord at the top, each having a large oval-shaped loop. From each loop, several chains hang down. The chains are composed of small circular links. At the ends of the chains are variously shaped charms including circles, teardrops, and other ornate shapes. The charms have intricate designs cut out of them. The earrings have a vintage appearance and are set against a beige fabric background.
