Reverse side of medal features a train on tracks, within archway formed by crossed flags and surrounded by laurel and oak leaves, wheat, and grapes. Emblem at top center appears to have three figures. Small buildings on either side. Background fades from dark gray to light gray. Medal casting shadow on surface below.
