Morion-Cabasset
The Morion-Cabasset by an unknown artist is a silver-colored helmet with a pointed top and a wide brim. The helmet has a ridged design with six raised lines running from the point to the brim. The ridges are filled with an etched design featuring scrolling patterns and foliage. The brim is flat and slightly upturned at the edges. There is a decorative band around the base of the helmet with a rope-like design along the edge. The helmet has three gold rivets on the front of the band. The interior of the helmet is lined with tan fabric and has holes for straps or a chin strap. The helmet is displayed on a metal pole. The background of the image is a gradient from dark gray at the top to light gray at the bottom.
