Brown metal sword guard; rounded rectangle; weathered surface. Oval hole through center; sides rounded. Four golden zigzag lines extending from lower left; two golden creatures on upper and lower flat sides; raised decorated cloud designs around upper creature; gold details on both creatures; curved line on lower edge. The tsuba is the sword guard.
