Large fish with blue-gray scales, white belly, and black back; fins and tail are dark blue. The fish is positioned diagonally, head to the right. A pink flower with green leaves is tied to the tail with a string. More green leaves are at the bottom. Japanese text is written in black ink in two columns above and to the right of the fish. The background is yellowed paper.
